Brief Overview
Talent Scout is a SaaS platform built on Webflow, revolutionizes talent acquisition and reputation management for businesses. This case study explores the redesign of Talent Scout's website, focusing on crafting a user-friendly experience and a futuristic aesthetic that reflects its cutting-edge and revolutionizing product.
Challenge
Outdated Look & Feel: Talent Scout's website lacked a contemporary design, failing to convey its innovative functionalities.
Unclear Value Proposition: The existing website offered minimal details regarding the platform's unique benefits and features.
Friction in User Journey: Cumbersome navigation and layout hindered visitor engagement and discouraged conversions.
Solutions
We helped Talent Scout modernize its digital presence and easily connect people with their software solution, through the new website built in Webflow. After the release, we incorporated bi-weekly iterations based on user feedbacks to further improve its navigation and make information easy to digest.

Discovery
The discovery phase of the Talent Scout project involved a comprehensive analysis of the existing website and its competitors. Through workshops and collaborative tools, we mapped out the website's strengths, identified key user flows, and defined the value proposition. Additionally, we conducted target audience research to gain insights into the needs and pain points of the product user. By combining these findings with a heuristic evaluation of the existing website, we established a solid foundation for designing a new platform that aligned with industry best practices and met the specific requirements of Talent Scout's target users.
Define
The initial phase of the website redesign focused on understanding the core elements of the existing platform and rethinking its underlying logic and structure. A key challenge was identifying the point where general information transitions into technical detail within the user journey to optimize the experience. To address this, we designed a product landing page before finalizing the overall website structure and design.
To ensure a cohesive approach, we developed a design system that facilitates the reuse of components and design elements. This system helped maintain a unified aesthetic across different pages and elements.
The redesigned website aimed to break away from traditional recruitment platform designs, offering a fresh and visually appealing user experience. Data-driven visualizations were integrated to showcase success metrics and foster user confidence. Additionally, a seamless user journey was prioritized through an intuitive interface and clear navigation, ensuring efficient information access.
Ideation
Armed with this understanding, the ideation process began. Brainstorming sessions focused on innovative solutions to address the identified challenges. Ideas ranged from advanced reputation monitoring tools to AI-powered talent matching algorithms.
